ZWARE FOCUS - Terms and Conditions

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of ZWARE FOCUS. You also agree not to use the system for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.

ZWARE FOCUS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the system will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZWARE FOCUS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, lost profits, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the HRMS system.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZWARE FOCUS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of ZWARE FOCUS or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
